Being aware of your own competences and knowing how to communicate them is an essential part in applying for a job. It can make the important difference in presenting in network- and jobinterviews. It helps you also to understand if a particular job or working environment will fit to you as a person. To prepare for this webinar we expect that you read the information and make the assignment. During the webinar we will see through the information, give additional explanations and examples. Focus will also be on the answering of your personal questions. We explain how to investigate your own personal competences and how you can present them. We also discuss how to apply this knowledge in your day to day practice and how to develop yourself.  The undermentioned link will lead you to the material and the assignment to prepare yourself for this webinar.

Two days before the webinar you will receive the Zoom-invitation with a link and a password.  Please make sure you have a working Zoom-account before the webinar starts.  In the attachments below you will find the instruction manual for the installation and use of Zoom. The first page starts with relevant information about attending the webinar.

For whom is this webinar?

All VU-employees with a temporal contract that ends within 3 months.  Normally the offer of workshops is as follows: 1. Competences and networking 2. Applying effectively. 3. Making a succesfull use of LinkedIn
 
Because of the contemporary situation concerning the Covid-19 virus these workshops can not be held as workshops on location. These 5 webinars are being offered as replacement.
