Open Hardware Event In-Person
Join us on 18 June starting 14:30 for an exciting event on Open Hardware! Discover the transformative power of open-source hardware in academia at our university-wide gathering. Explore its vital role in shaping the future of technology.
Open hardware, or open-source hardware, is hardware whose design is made publicly available so that anyone can study, modify, distribute, make, and sell the design or hardware based on that design. This Open Hardware event aims to further embed open-source hardware into the Open Science movement at the VU and will be the starting point for building a VU-wide community.
